Located in the historic Brewery District of Columbus, Ohio, MINOH functioned as the project architect for this commercial renovation. Consisting of two original 1930s era Italianate-style homes, the structures were connected via a two-level entryway space in the mid-eighties. Working within the bounds of the historic commission, MINOH helped to unify the patchwork masonry of the exterior facade, conceptualize an updated entryway and provide direction for clean, contemporary interior spaces.
